Thank you for choosing WhatzCRM. We appreciate your trust in our CRM platform. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your subscription or purchase, this policy explains the conditions under which refunds and cancellations may be granted.

At WhatZCRM, we value our customers and are committed to providing a seamless experience.

1. Free Trial (if applicable)

  • We may offer a free trial period for new customers to explore our Services.
  • Billing will automatically begin once the trial ends unless the subscription is canceled before the trial period expires.

2. Refund Policy

7-Day Money Back Guarantee

A full refund is available within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase, provided the Services have not been used during that period.

"Not used" means:

  • No login activity
  • No integrations enabled
  • No substantial use of CRM features
  • If the Services have been accessed or used in any way, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to support@whatzcrm.com within 7 days of purchase.
  • After 7 days, no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and will not renew.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused time after the 7-day refund window.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Services have been accessed, logged into, or used in any way.
  • Violations of our Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform.
  • Technical issues caused by user-side factors (e.g., poor internet connection, incompatible devices, or unsupported browsers).
